Terms and Conditions:

- No reservation will be accepted and confirmed without a deposit (payable within 2 days of making a reservation)
- Bookings made 30 Days or less prior to your arrival require a 100% deposit.
- Booking made more than 30 days before your arrival require a 50% deposit.
- We reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages incurred during your stay.
- Third person sharing- no taller than 1.7m
- Children under the age of 4 will be accommodated free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:

- A 10% fee will apply if your reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to expected arrival date to cover administration & bank charge.
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 15 & 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
- A 75% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 14 & 7 days prior to expected arrival date.
- Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date.
- Full 100% cancellation fee will apply for “No Shows”
